Message: After this last big snowfall, my low-sitting Civic was absolutely not going anywhere. A flat tire also didn't help, and I really needed my car moved out of the lot so it could be plowed. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant, and assured me that she would try to get someone to me asap, but with no guarantees due to the massive snowfall.. Well, they came through big time! Not only did the tow truck arrive hours earlier than initially predicted, but the driver (sorry I forget his name) was very efficient and obviously knew his equipment. He even gave me a ride to the tire shop where I wanted the car delivered, and he was a decent guy with solid conversation skills as an added bonus! To top it all off, given the weather and road conditions, the price of the tow was very reasonable and the whole process was as painless as I could've possibly hoped for! Message: Hey guys this morning I had a super bad experience from Gary's towing service based out of Maplewood. The man was super rude and treated me like dirt. I was in a pinch trying to get my vehicle to the shop and now due to Gary leaving me high and dry I was in desperate need of help. I called southeast towing and they we kind and reassuring and would at least give me the best possible outcome for what I needed. The service was amazing. The lady on the phone said it could be at most 2 hours and they would work with my time frame. Literally 40 minutes later Nicholas called me saying he was 8 minutes away. He pulled up with great confidence new exactly what to do treated me very well. Made the job look like butter and did it all with a smile. Nicholas was incredible an I know I won't be calling anyone else for tow services cause an experience like I had today is something you'll appreciate forever. Thank you southeast and Nicholas for such great service provided.

Message: Provided a prompt roadside rescue for a disabled SUV. Price was very reasonable and was precisely what was estimated during my initial call. Mechanic we dropped car with spoke highly of them and indicated they had sufficient trucks and drivers ready to go that they were a preferred service for the shop.

Message: I've had to deal with a couple different Tow Companies, and several times have called on the good people at Southeast Towing, and have been thoroughly pleased every time, and compared to a few of they're competitors, they are more readonably priced, but what I liked most is how friendly, nice and very helpful. I will continue to call on Southeast and will and have referred them to family and friends.
