Message: Since I moved to Lindstrom, I've trusted my car to TGK. They do a good job, are clear about what needs to be done, and open about costs.

Message: I've been going here for a few years for oil changes and work on my vehicles. They are always so courteous, know my name, and have been just great. I know this past Christmas they helped someone in the local community with their car repairs at no cost. Very happy with cost and customer service.

Message: Appreciate the honesty, suggestions for service as they check to make sure my car is serviced properly, do not push to get things done, let me know what could wait, price and service is good. One day they couldn't get me in right away as I had a tire that was unable to keep air. I had a long work day the next day and was afraid it would be flat by the time I finished. They recommended someone else I might be able to get helped by. I went there and got serviced at the last minute. So grateful on all accounts.

Message: Customer service is top notch.. Their work on all my vehicles had been great.. Never any issues. If I have questions, they’re always good and answering them timely.. I really like their text message and phone notifications along with a vehicle report that you can click onto the internet via the text message. They do a thorough job and you know exactly where your vehicle stands in terms of maintenance and what needs to be done.. They don’t push you into buying a service or an extra service… they advise you on how to save money and if a certain item can wait until next time to be worked in with an oil change, etc.. The price is reasonable.. The waiting area is clean.. If they’re booked, they often give you the option to drop your car off and they’ll squeeze it in throughout the day.. I have been able to use a loaner car one time. (You’ll need to schedule this about a week in advance). Overall, one of the best places(probably the best)I’ve had my vehicles serviced in 20 years!

Message: I have used TGK a few times now for oil changes and have been pleased every time. I also got my transmission fluid flushed, radiator flushed and brakes replaced. I have yet to be disappointed with the care and service. I have not had an experience like it at any other auto shop. Great customer service as well.

Message: I don't write reviews, but the level of service, care, consideration and professionalism I was treated with at TGK in chisago was unparalleled. I know that it can be hard to tell who to trust with your business sometimes based on reviews but I tell everyone that needs any work done on their car to do themselves a favor and just go there. Jeff and David are more than accommodating. fair prices and exceptionally competent.. I have absolutely no complaints and will be taking my business there exclusively from now on!
