I went into the shop thinking I was going to have a fairly expensive fix and through their diagnostic their technician found out that he could replace two $30 parts prior to replacing something very expensive and that did the trick! Message: These guys are just so cool! Communication was great! They listened to what I wanted or needed, and talked to me about future repairs and maintenance and what I should keep an eye on. Never once did they try to "sell" me on anything. I feel like I have a plan for my vehicle for future repairs and maintenance. They might not know it, but because of all of this, they took such a huge weight off of my shoulders. Do I recommend Rob's? ABSOLUTELY! Rob is something good!
