Message: Great experience renting a truck here. Helpful employee greeted us on arrival and did a walk through of the truck before we headed out. Truck had a slight leak which we discovered during the rental period so we informed the employee when we returned it. He apologized and immediately gave us a small break on the rate to make up for it. Would definitely rent from them again at this location. Excellent customer service!

Message: We rented a twelve-foot moving truck from Penske Truck Rental in Eagan, Minnesota, in March 2022. Overall, we had an excellent experience with this location. I particularly wanted to compliment Josh on his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond our expectations to find us the best rate on our moving truck, offered us coffee while we waited, and even scraped our windshield before we departed. Moving can be challenging and stressful, but Josh did everything he could to make the process easier.

Message: We worked with Josh Lemke who was AWESOME! He was the best customer service representative we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very personable, efficient, helpful, and even added in additional perks for our move across country. He instilled confidence in an area we were unsure about. Josh showed us how to hook up and unhook the trailer and even assisted us in hooking it up the first time. We had an issue with alignment with our first truck which Josh fixed right away. He called a different Penske location and secured us a newer and lower mileage truck. If you call Penske, ask to be connected with Josh! He mentioned that he might be in training to be the manager of the Eagan location. We’re rooting for you and hope you get it!

Message: Outstanding and Amazing services. They literally saved my moving day disaster after a horrible experience with Uhaul. It’s a little more expensive but I needed a truck and they had one as promised right away and everything took less then 10 min to get the vehicle. When we got to Penske it was waiting for us as promised. I will define use Penske again and Eagan location is amazing.
