Message: I’ve had three separate and similarly awesome experiences at New Central, and the most recent one prompted me to finally write a review. The first time, the estimate I initially received for some damage to my side mirror was over $100 higher than the actual cost — so my bill was significantly lower than anticipated (! ). The second time, after being rear-ended during COVID, when all I had heard about supply chain delays made me think a major repair would take forever… it was done sooner than anticipated. And today, when I stopped by to inquire about an estimate for some minor damage after grazing the side of the garage, Taylor took care of it for me. On the spot. For free. These guys do great work and they’re honest. Grateful to have them in the neighborhood!
