Message: Had an unexpected alternator issue which resulted in a tow. This was the nearest shop to my breakdown. Towed in on a Friday and was ready to pickup on Monday. Unfortunately on my drive from the shop my serpentine belt snapped. I called the shop and they immediately took accountability and had my car towed free of charge back to their shop. The very next day my car was ready to go. I applaud them for taking accountability that swiftly… it’s a rarity in the industry.

Message: I called at 8:30am on a Friday asking if they could just take a look at my head gasket so I could have some reassurance about some leaking, and within 30 minutes I had my answer- nothing was wrong! Mike and the other employee I spoke to (I'm not positive on the name but I think it was Jace?) were so polite, especially considering they were understaffed for the day, and I basically dropped in for "a look", but they told me I'm good to go and didn't charge me, even after interrupting their busy Friday, so I would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

Message: Nice people. Keys cafe is a short walk away for something to eat/ drink while waiting. Took my pickup in for alignment after 55000 miles. Turned out to amazingly still be in alignment, and they told me so which was much cheaper! Will go back.

Message: So glad to have found them back in 2017. Can't say enough great things about these guys! Straightforward, honest, and fair! One of the few ethical auto shops out there. I've sent my 335, 535, and X5 I always walk away happy that they did the maintenance and don't have that second guessing feeling you get from the dealer.. "did I pay too much?".

Message: Very reliable repair shop. We have brought our cars there several times and everyone we interacted with was very friendly, flexible and honest. With every experience, I always received quality service, we trust them and will be back. Another reviewer summed it up best, this is truly the most ethical shop we have been to.

Message: A Gearhead's dream. These guys are awesome, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Everytime my euro has me stumped. These guys handle it no problem!

Message: Above and beyond. I brought my car in due to my shifter feeling loose. Upon inspection it was found an aftermarket piece added wasn’t constructed well enough and the mechanic devised a custom and more permanent solution that is working great. I couldn't be happier. To me this was above and beyond.. Update: Top notch trustable service. Came in recently with aftermarket coilovers and asked to have them installed. No instructions came with them. Their quoted labor cost was a bit higher than I expected but they assured me if they can do it faster they would charge me less. Not only did they do a good job, they did it for $400 less. Do you trust your mechanic to lower the cost of labor if possible? I do now and will continue to bring my car here. Btw, they even routed my aftermarket subwoofer cables around the mid engine layout so they weren't visible which I had previously struggled to figure out how to do. Looks much better now. It's like he's fixing his car and I just get to drive it! :-).
