Message: I've taken 3 vehicles to Sundberg for multiple repairs and regular maintenance. I have always gotten great service, they never push for things that aren't needed, but they absolutely will tell you if something needs to get done. One of my earlier visits was with my Buick Century I had bought from a family member of my mother's boyfriend. I brought it in for an oil change. While I was finishing up, they pointed out that I needed new tires, because there was dry rot on the inside wall and they were bulging (the car had sat in a garage for years without being driven). They didn't push me to purchase from them and have them installed, it was literally just a "hey, for your safety you need to do this, and soon! ". I just had my transmission rebuilt on my Buick Regal. They gave me everything I needed to help me fight my warranty company that was trying to deny my claim.. I recommend this shop to a lot of my friends because they have great pricing, and don't try to give you the runaround.

Message: I was very pleased with the service. I had an appt to check my brakes. Turned out that it was bad calipers in the back that needed to be fixed and also needed new links in the front. My car drives a lot better now. No shaking when idling as before or hearing any sounds when hitting the bumps. The cost of repairs I felt was less than expected which is always a good thing! I never felt pressured to get something I didn’t need. All upfront and honest folks here. Very happy customer. Highly recommend this repair shop!

Message: My initial interaction with Keith was very poor. He spoke to me like I was a child. I asked him a question about a charge for inspection and he said that I'm not listening to him. He had an attitude the whole time I talked to him, I almost walked out. He made me put my guard up and all trust went out the window. Thankfully, Jim came out and spoke with me and showed me an issue that I had fixed a couple months ago and gave me an honest opinion. Larry, great decision on hiring Jim, I think Keith can look for a different shop. As I was finishing up with the $30 inspection payment, a couple walked in and Keith helped them, they also didn't seem too pleased with his customer service. Now, I'm not trying to be "that customer " but I looked for a small business to take my vehicle to and not a franchise for a reason. Instead of feeling welcomed and had the impression that they wanted my service, Keith did the exact opposite.

Message: As a female walking into any auto shop, I’m sure it’s well known that we are made to feel incompetent and like we are going to be swindled. This is the first place I’ve gone where I don’t need to have my guard up the whole time! I feel respected and taken care of as a customer! They always explain clearly the services that are being provided and aim to do what’s best for me and my vehicle. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Message: Went in for an oil change, set up the appointment earlier in the week for Friday at 3pm. Had a synthetic oil change done on my vehicle. Everything went well, staff was very friendly and upfront. Exam found some issues that I wasn't made aware of when I purchased my vehicle. Got quoted a fair price, wasn't able to have repairs done but will take bring my business back to have it done.

Message: They were very professional and honest! Larry gave me a detailed report on my car and did not pressure me to do more work on my car. He let me know of any and all problems with my car and I definitely will be back there to repair the issues I have left to deal with! I'm definitely happy with their service and would recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you Larry!
