Message: Our family had a great experience renting a Class C from Julie and Greg. This was my first time renting a RV. My husband has always handled in the past. They were patient with my questions since my family was flying into MSP, needing to Uber to their location and then driving the RV to a family reunion in remote Wisconsin. They made my life so much easier by providing a kitchen kit (extra cost but well worth it) since we flew in. We did have the option to rent bedding but decided to pack an extra suitcase/stop at Walmart for those items. The RV was clean and in nice condition. The walk through was thorough and could tell they pride themselves on keeping it well maintained. I received our full deposit back in a timely manner. If ever in their area again, I'd definitely rent a RV again from CityWide RV.

Message: This was our first RV experience and we are HOOKED thanks to Julie and Greg. We were treated like family from the first phone call to dropping Thor (the 24' RV) off. Everything was seamless and thoughtful. Shortly after we arrived home from drop off, Julie called us up right away to let us know we some how managed to forget a drawer full of goodies - Even though my husband and I double checked the RV for any of our personal belongings.. Our seven day family vacation was perfect. Our boys (9 and 7) LOVED it. The RV was plenty big for us and suited our needs perfectly.. Rookie tip: bring plastic/rubber gloves to handle the dumping tube! We managed by using plastic bags, but gloves would have been easier.

Message: Citywide was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent an RV. Their policies are fair and easy to follow and they are very flexible. The airline changed my arrival time in Minneapolis twice and Julie was very accommodating with my pick up time. It was super convenient to able to return the camper on a Sunday, which I found out not a lot of other rentals would do. Julie and Greg were very friendly, explained everything clearly and even made themselves available, even on the weekend, to help with any questions. Thank you to both of them for making this part of my trip easy!

Message: For the last five years we have rented an RV from Citywide RV in the second week of October. We have always been very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the units we have rented. Julie and Greg always remember us from previous rentals and provide us with exceptional customer service. We will be back next year!

Message: I'm impressed. Not only did I find their video tutorials useful, but they are very thorough when training you in. On top of that, the RVs are clean and like new. We took a 4 day trip up to the mn north shore and had a blast. I'll definitely rent again, and would consider buying one of thier well maintained RVs in the near future.

Message: We rented a 29’ RV for our family trip to Mt Rushmore and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The RV itself was super clean and brand new. My kids thought it was the coolest thing ever. The service provided by CityWide RV was excellent. This was our first time renting an RV, it felt overwhelming at first but Julie did a great job walking us through everything. Even if we missed something, it was nice to know that they had videos available to watch over again AND two cell numbers to call with someone available 24 hr. We will be renting from them again.
