Message: Wow! I'm so HAPPY that we took our truck here to get fixed. We had a 2021 Chevy 2500 get "totaled" we decided to repair. They treated me fair on price/service/scheduling etc. We had to have it inspected and the State Patrol Officer was also impressed with how well they repaired our truck. (He went through our truck with a fine tooth comb for 3 hours) he verified receipts for my parts their cost/mark up etc and all around was impressed with them.

Message: I came in to get an inspection of hail damage. They told me it could be done by the end of the week and would only take about 30 minutes. Compared to Rick's this was amazing, Rick's told me it would take 2 hours and wasn't available for a month. The inspection was as promised but.. THEY LOST THE PHOTOS.. The same day they took them. Didn't send the quote to me or the inspector until I called again to have them do that. And they never found the photos so I had to take my own and send it to the inspector.
