Message: Brought my car here for body work from a small accident my car had been in. They were able to fix it within 3 weeks time but when I got it back, it was beautiful, it looked factory new. They also detailed the inside very nicely. I definitely recommend giving CarStar a chance to handle your vehicles needs!

Message: Wonderful work! super easy to work with and they handled everything with insurance (including car rental! ). edit: we had some body damage repaired. not only did they do an excellent job, but the interior was vacuumed, dusted, the starbucks stain shampooed from the front passenger seat AND our hoodies in the back were folded neatly! 20-star service! They managed to squeeze me in when I told them of my situation ( caregiver for my husband except when Aides are with him) and a time crunch with a commitment to use my truck in a few days. Message: They did a great job restoring the body after an accident, but I didn’t realize they detail your car (kinda- it’s a cursory wipe down, vacuum, and clean out) and they threw away some makeup and beauty products I had in my cup holder and door holders. Not the end of the world as the clean up was nice, but putting those things in a bag for me would have been preferable as it was about $75 (new) worth of product tossed. I also had a $10 bill that I keep in my driver’s side door for gas emergencies—gone- mail that I wanted to make sure I followed up on, etc. My bad for having left all of it in the car, I just thought it would be safe with a bumper repair. So be warned, don’t leave ANYTHING of even cursory value in your car or it will disappear. They did tell me to take the flooring out when I dropped my car off because they didn’t want to be responsible, so that should have been my red flag to clean the whole car out. There just wasn’t time as this was conveyed at drop off and not before.

The insurance claim did not cover all the damage so they called my insurance to get the additional claim money. I didn’t have to do anything! Also my car was entirely detailed and cleaned when finished. It looks like new! Thanks!
