They also explained that due to the COVID pandemic I would have to wait until the GM factory could ship the needed right rear passenger door. They keep me updated. She reviewed the estimate given against the vehicle year and arranged for the insurance company representative to come review the parts list against the real-time disassembly To ensure it was accurate. My vehicle was borderline totaled so this extra attention to detail is much appreciated. The vehicle ended up being totaled and no work was done at Abra, but Angie was great throughout the process. I did use a BRA5 years ago on another deer hit and they were great then as well. They kept me informed of the status and process as things went along very well.
