Message: Had my catalytic converters stolen off of my car. The insurance company “totaled” the vehicle as the repair was greater than the value of my older car.. Scott Letendre was incredibly patient with me explaining exactly how insurance works when a car is totaled. He answered every single question and was incredibly kind with the entire process, even though I was no longer going to be getting any work done. It was a very stressful process for me and Scott was fantastic throughout the chaotic process.. A huge THANK YOU to him and all the friendly people in their office! Amazing work you can’t tell anything happened and the communication throughout the process was phenomenal letting me know the status of my repair. When I brought the repair in, we also took advantage of that moment to take care of hail, damage that had happened from a catastrophe event, the previous summer, and they were so wonderful in working with my insurance agency to get two claims taken care of at the same time. I have already recommended them to another family member.

Message: Honestly, this was a great location and shop that I chose. The specialist who oversaw my repair was extremely helpful. Richard went above and beyond and went out of his way to help me when there was a mix up with my rental. He was willing to make it work so that I didn’t have to reschedule my repair which would have pushed me 3-4 weeks out. My repair was also done before it’s estimated time, so that was a plus! I would definitely recommend this location.
