Message: Can I say 5 + ???. Outstanding! To begin with, I haven't worked with an auto repair shop in several years and didn't really know where to go. But, Caliber Collision was on the preferred vendor list of the insurance company that would handle the repairs so I went with them. From the first interaction I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that Brent the Adjuster displayed. Fast forward, CC handled all the details including arranging a rental car, timely updates during the repair process and a quick check out procedure to get me back on the road in my own vehicle. Based on only this experience I absolutely would have given a 5 star review. Here is the ABOVE & BEYOND 5+. Fast forward post pickup, next morning, I had an issue with the battery in my car for whatever reason it was completely drained. With very few options and stranded at the gas station, I bye chance reached out to Caliber and they came to my rescue. Brent came quickly, jump starting my car and got me back to the shop where they were able to replace the battery super quickly for me and get me back on the road. I just want to say how extraordinary this service was and how appreciative I am for their quick response and help. I travel a lot and deal with loads of different businesses and never have I felt so valued as a customer. I would 100% recommend Caliber Collision!

Message: Caliber did a great job repairing my daughter's car after it was hit by someone turning into her lane. Caliber was able to fit me in when they had a cancellation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They kept me updated via text and when I called Kay was able to answer my questions or got back to me quickly. I needed to be taken home after dropping my car off and then again picked up when my car was ready. That was a very nice service at no extra charge. Would recommend Caliber and use them again.
